Senile Joe has just announced his intention to punish the Supreme Court for having the audacity to make independent rulings that he and his fellow psycho-liberals don't like. With the current balance of the congress and that pesky constitution in the way it will probably not go anywhere, but that doesn't mean he won't give it at least a half-assed try, if nothing else to make his psycho base happy.
He wants to do the following. He wants to impose term limits on justices of the supreme court, impose term limits for justices and set up an enforceable code of ethics. The first two of those requires a constitutional amendment and very possibly the third one does also. He also wants to make presidential immunity go away, at least for Republican presidents.
Strangely he did not propose "expanding" (packing) the court, something that could be done without a constitutional amendment.
The Autistic Hyena, Kamal Harris, thinks all of Joe's ideas are absolutely wonderful.
