Keisha S. Kennedy, 34, is, or at least was, a denizen of Zanesville, Ohio.  She was charged with making something like 400 unnecessary 911 calls, essentially to use the South Zanesville Fire Department ambulance service as her personal high-speed taxi service to and from the hospital for non-existent medical emergencies.  One of these calls resulting in somebody dying because there was no ambulance available for an actual emergency.

She was finally charged with one count of making false alarms, one count of disrupting public services and 25 counts of misuse of the 911 system.

Her antics had spread to Licking, Gurnsey, Franklin, Cuyahoga and Muskingum Counties.  She had previously been successfully prosecuted in Licking County for the same offense.

She has yet to be sentenced.  She pled guilty.  She has been diagnosed with "facitious disorder" which apparently is a real thing.  Sounds more like a malingering nut job to me, but I am not a pshrink.
