There was a mass shooting at a block party in the Carroll Park district of Philadelphia early Sunday morning. There were multiple shooters. Nine people are known to have been shot. Of those, three died. All three were adult males. Of the wounded all were adult males except for one adult female. One firearm was recovered at the scene. The cops have released very limited information, probably because they have limited information.
