Andrew Freeman
On the 16th of last month Kessai Kios, 13, was minding
his own business at a crosswalk in Everett, Washington heading for
school when Andrew Freeman, 21, walked up to him and stabbed him for no
apparent reason. Young Mr. Kios survived the incident.
At
the time of his arrest he was out on parole and had been left out on
parole even after several parole violations. Even after "several"
arrests between November and the stabbing incident he was released back
into the community almost immediately. Kind of like California does it.
The
Monroe County prosecutor's office is working diligently to keep the
violent shit in custody this time around due to both flight risk and
risk to the community.
Andrew has refused to appear in court, resulting in a $2 million bail being set.
