Luigi Mangione is charged in the killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson (insert)
Acting this morning Judge Gregory Caro threw out the
terrorism charges against Luigi Mangione, the accused murderer of health
care CEO Brian Thompson. Mangione will be tried on the second-degree
murder charge.
It is unclear whether or not the feds will attempt federal charges. I am guessing yes, but what do I know?
