Four people are dead and ten are injured after horror shooting broke out at a Stockton, California, Dairy Queen on Saturday night.
Local officials have speculated that it may have been a 'targeted attack,' according to ABC10.
Videos shared to the Citizen app and social media show a huge response from emergency services. Police tape sealed off the area around the fast food outlet.
The San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office confirmed in a Facebook post that 'several victims have been transported to local hospitals.'
The city's Vice Mayor Jason Lee described the incident as a 'mass shooting at a child's birthday party' in a Facebook post.
He wrote: 'An ice cream shop should never be a place where families fear for their lives.
'Violence touched my life as a young person, and seeing our own children, parents, and neighbors go through this shakes me deeply.
'Stockton is my home. These are our families. This is our community.

The shooting actually occurred at a banquet hall more or less behind the Dairy Queen. The Dairy Queen was mentioned in the original 911 calls as it is brightly lit and easily visible from the street where the banquet hall is not.
So sad.
As of 0800 on Sunday they still have no firm info on the identity of the shooter (or shooters) nor on a motive, other than to say it was not random. No info released yet on victims.
