Some
enterprising soul has just done a statistical analysis of death records
locally. Assuming that deaths due to Covid-19 are being reported
correctly (which is far from a sure thing) Covid-19 was the most
prevalent cause of death in San Joaquin County during 2020, even
allowing for the fact that there were zero deaths during the first two
months of the year.
