Tesla
has been added as a component to the Standard and Poors 500 index.
This, of course, caused a modest jump in the stock price. Tesla was
already one of the ten most valuable companies in the index. They
actually made the criteria back in September but got snubbed by the
committee.

Tesla is blasting off in Texas. I mean literally. Last week they blasted off another experimental rocket. This rocket base is located just outside of Brownsville, Texas on Palmetto Ranch. It is also the location of the last battle of the Civil War.
