NEW YORK MOVES TO BAN THE POSSESSION OF BODY ARMOR BY PRIVATE CITIZENS

by Bob Walsh

The State of New York is moving to ban the possession of body armor by honest, law-abiding citizens.  There is the possibility of a waiver IF you can convince the government that you have a job that reasonably requires the ownership / wearing of body armor, like maybe armored car guards.

They don't want honest, law abiding private citizens to own guns and they don't want honest, law-abiding citizens to protect themselves passively from random gun violence.

No wonder that place is going down the toilet.

I believe I would buy it anyway. Fuck 'em if you get caught there is bond reform and you beat the cops home. The judges turn murderers loose ROR. If I ever decided to take up a life of crime, I would move there. Not really. I'd just take a criminal vacation.
