But It Does Happen Too Often

A
two-year old child in Maine picked up a loaded handgun off a night
stand and shot both of his parents, injuring himself slightly in the
process when the gun recoiled and hit him in the face. The weapon was a
9mm pistol.
Daddy was shot in the head. Mom in the leg. Neither are life-threatening wounds.
The cops are investigating. I do not know if Maine has any firearms storage legal requirements.
