They
officially announced today (Wed) that the operations at the collapsed
condo building in Surfside, Florida have switched from rescue to
recovery. Unfortunate, but hardly unreasonable. They have so far found
zero open spaces that could reasonably hold human survivors.
In
a sort-of related story, a few days ago a federal judge placed the
condo owners association into receivership to preserve assets and
information for the slew of lawsuits that have already begun.
