SOME THOUGHTS ON JUSTICE BREYER

There was a real interesting piece by Hugh Hewitt in the Washington Post a day or two ago opining that Breyer might choose to remove his head from his ass and vote with a reasonable majority on a couple of things coming up before the court before he makes his exit.  My guess is he won't.

There are a couple of interesting Second Amendment cases before the court this session.  Back in 2008, for the Heller decision, Breyer wrote, "Neither the text of the Amendment nor the arguments advanced by its proponents evidenced the slightest interest in limiting any legislature's authority to regulate private civilian use of firearms.  Specifically, there is no indication that the Framers of the Amendment intended to enshrine the common-law right of self-defense in the Constitution."

Clearly the man has his head so far up his ass that it is a wonder he can breathe.  

The man is a knee-jerk liberal idiot.  Unless Biden attempts to appoint Chesa Bodin or some similar outright psychopath it is difficult to imagine that a WORSE choice for the court could be made.

Fuck Breyer and the jackass he rode in on.
