Biden's latest gun regulation requires pistol stabilizing braces to be licensed by the ATF
Pistol stabilizing braces transform pistols into short-barreled rifles and have been used in several mass shootings.
Biden to the rescue.
A new regulation requires the stabilizing braces to be licensed by the ATF. Owners have 120 days to file for the license or else remove the devices from their guns and surrender them to the ATF.
There's a fat chance the ATF will issue any of the required licenses. Of course, that's the whole idea behind Biden's regulation.
The NRA and the Gun Owners of America will file legal challenges against the regulation.

Personally I think the pistol braces are stupid. That being said it is my opinion, for what that might be worth to you, that the ATF does not and should not have the authority to ban the things. That is a legislative function, not an administrative one.
