Richard Henry Patterson wants to show his dick to the jury to prove he didn’t murder Francisca Marguinez
Richard Henry Patterson, 65, is charged in Broward County, Florida strangling his girlfriend Francisca Marquinez, 60, to death on October 28, 2015.
According to the autopsy, Marquinez showed no signs of trauma — there were no bruises on her neck.
Patterson texted his daughter that he “did something bad” and told a friend, “I choked her. I choked Francisca.” But his attorney says Patterson never said he strangled her.
The attorney says his client has an enormous dick and that Francesca accidentally choked to death while giving Patterson a blow job. He wants Patterson to be able to show his horse-size dick to the jury.
You gotta give the attorney credit for coming up with a unique defense for his dickhead client. But if the judge allows Patterson to expose himself in front of a jury, some of the women are likely to pass pot if his dick is as big as the attorney claims it is.
