Bob Hertzberg, aka Huggy-Bob, has been admonished by the senate and directed to quit hugging people including staff, other legislators, lobbyists, street bums and others he may encounter in his "job" as a member of the legislature of the formerly great state of California.
He is apparently an equal opportunity hugger. One of the complaints against him came from a male sergeant-at-arms.
He has been told that if he persists he will be placed in stocks on the capitol plaza, stripped naked and butt-fucked with a very large dildo. (Actually, I just made that up. But it SHOULD be true.)
