Acting Monday SCOTUS let the conviction and death sentence of Abel Daniel Hidalgo stand. He is in a federal prison in Arizona due to a murder committed on Indian land in Idaho. There is apparently zero doubt that he actually committed the crime, he is simply trying to weasel out of what he's got coming.
