Get A New Lamborghini For Just $18,000: It’s a Bicycle

Want a Lamborghini but only have $18,000 to spend? Then you’re in luck. Introducing the Cervélo R5 Automobili Lamborghini Edition, a street bike in an ultra-limited edition.
This new version of the high
performance Cervélo R5 sports a livery inspired by the Aventador SVJ,
the car that in 2018 set the record on the Nürburgring Nordschleife
circuit with the time of 6:44.97, and is accessorized with only
Italian-made components.
In the same way that the Lamborghini
Aventador SVJ raised the performance benchmark in the road vehicle
segment, the carbon fiber Cervélo R5 Lamborghini Edition is created to
tackle the steepest uphill and downhill tracks of the Italian Dolomite
Alps. It’s completed by a Campagnolo Super Record EPS mechanical
assembly, Campagnolo Bora One wheels, Deda Elementi stem, Vittoria Corsa
Pro tires and Fizik Aliante saddle.
To celebrate the year the
Sant’Agata Bolognese company was founded, only 65 of the limited
editions will be built. They come with a $18,000 price tag here in the
U.S., which is quite a bit cheaper than the, oh, half a million dollar
or so Aventador SVJ on which it’s based.
So if two-wheels work for you - you can order one from official Cervélo resellers and dealers.
