Diversity certainly has representation and political power and has had it for a long time …so what is the problem?
From a friend
I don’t know about you, but I am getting very tired of Democratic politicians telling me that every problem is due to systemic racism. What ever happened to personal responsibility?
When folks have had to flee intolerable conditions in Haiti, Cuba, Vietnam and any number of African countries to come to America to begin a new-life and through hard work and determination become successful (some even got elected to Congress). Why were they not held back by “Systemic Racism -SR”?
As the following clearly shows, non-blacks are not the cause of Chicago’s problems. Where is the ‘systemic racism’ in Chicago’s governance today? It appears they have overcome the racial bias ‘glass ceiling’.
