'I'll keep dropping bodies until you give me the death penalty': Convicted killer serving two life sentences tells judge he'll kill again unless he is sent to his death after murdering fellow inmate

Tommy P. Holland, 45, of Indianapolis was charged with the murder of Clifford Baggett at the Pendleton Correctional Facility () on August 9 2019. He allegedly stabbed Baggett 10 times including in the arm, chest and buttocks. 

 

The killer appeared in Madison Circuit Court this week where he refused a deal to plead guilty and receive a third sentence of life without parole. He asked for the death penalty and vowed to kill again if not executed. 

 

'I will continue to drop bodies until you give me the death penalty,' he told the court. 

 

Holland is already serving two life sentences for the 2015 slayings of employees at a supermarket and at a gas station and is a suspect in two other murders.
