It
would seem that the Orange County CA S.O. has a special group of
"Homeless Outreach" deputies. On Wednesday two of them shot a probably
homeless Black man to death who they stopped for jaywalking.
They
stopped the man and an altercation broke out. The now-dead guy made a
grab for one of the deputy's pistols. He was also shouting "stop
touching me" a lot. Apparently he didn't like to be touched. The
now-dead guy, who has not been identified, is known in the area for
panhandling.
The
situation is still under investigation but it seems like the now-dead
guy got at least partial control of one deputy's weapon and the other
deputy shot his happy ass.
San Clemente is getting to be a hostile place these days.
