Oracle,
a major computer infrastructure company once headquartered in Redwood
City, just down the road from San Francisco, has just moved it's
corporate headquarters to Texas. They just got tired of the bullshit in
CA. The billionaire taxes, state requirements to put quote members on
the board and other stupidities is moving them out. The company was
founded in 1977. It will maintain a corporate presence in CA but moving
its HQ to Texas will say it a bunch of grief and a bunch of money.

As we say here in Texas. Welcome to the Friendly State. Cha-Ching!
Many folks don't know that Texas has it's own Bullion Depository. It no longer uses the Federal Reserve. Texas also holds bullion for other businesses and counties. The client list is not made public. Texas decided to construct the depository during the 2008 recession. Business is good. What does a state that holds its own precious metals tell you? We seek and secure independence from others.
