Boudin, the cop hating District Attorney for the People's Republic of
San Francisco, has filed charges against the third cop in less than one
year.
Two cops were
responding to a call of a man thumping on his wife / girlfriend at
Fisherman's Wharf. They arrived and were directed by bystanders to
Dacari Spears. They ordered him to turn around and assume the
position. He refused, demanded to know what he had done, and then got
froggy. One of the two cops struck Spears four times across the back of
his legs with his baton. He is being charged with four counts of
felony ADW and assault under color of law. The second officer did not
strike Spears and is not being charged.
The
officer and his attorney assert they will fight the charges fully and
that the new DA is on a mission to destroy as many cops as possible.

You left out the part about Speers mot being the person they were looking for (according to reports). Cops don't get to randomly beat people.
To the San Francisco Police,
Run for your lives. Let that Shithole implode on itself and don't let it take you down as it implodes.
Bad luck all around.
What? Are cops not subject to arrest, investigation and allowed their day in court? Or, should we just assume they never do anything wrong? If he didn't do anything wrong, then let him hire a lawyer, present the evidence and let the court decide if he did anything wrong. If he did, then lock him up. I mean hell, innocent civilians get arrested every day and have to go through the same process. So what's the big deal here??
Anon, totally agree.
