Harlan
Kelly used to be the HMFIC in charge of the Public Utilities Commission
in the People's Republic of San Francisco. He is married to City
Administrator Naomi Kelly, who oversees a couple of dozen S F city
departments.
Kelly has
just been charged with the feds on a corruption beef. The former public
works director, Mohammed Nuru, was arrested in January by the feds in
the same investigation. A considerable number of department heads have
resigned in the midst of this ongoing investigation.
If
the local fish wrappers are to be believed pretty much any city project
for a LOT of years that went over about $20 was riddled with
corruption.
I wonder how much of it went to the God-Emperor of San Francisco, Gavin Newsom, now our dearly beloved governor?
