THE SCOTUS DECISION

By Try Rusk

The Republican Party of Texas released the following statement:

Below is Chairman Allen West’s statement regarding the decision by the Supreme Court to dismiss Texas’ constitutionally legitimate and critical lawsuit.

“The Supreme Court, in tossing the Texas lawsuit that was joined by seventeen states and 106 US congressman, has decreed that a state can take unconstitutional actions and violate its own election law. Resulting in damaging effects on other states that abide by the law, while the guilty state suffers no consequences. This decision establishes a precedent that says states can violate the US Constitution and not be held accountable. This decision will have far-reaching ramifications for the future of our constitutional republic. Perhaps law-abiding states should bond together and form a Union of states that will abide by the constitution.”

The Texas GOP will always stand for the Constitution and for the rule of law even while others don’t.

SCOTUS TELLS TRUMP TO POUND SAND

by Bob Walsh

Last night SCOTUS declined to hear the Texas brief, joined in by 17other states against four states.  Nobody but Trump, Rudy and Sydney Powell thought this had a snowballs chance in hell of going anywhere.

Stick a fork in him, he is done.  He fought the good fight, and maybe-probably got ripped off, but just because you are the good guy does not mean you will win in the real world.  Sometimes the cheaters, assholes and brown-noses win, especially if virtually the entire U S media establishment is on their side.

In a couple of years when the media have pulled a Spiro Agnew on Biden we can all say I TOLD YOU SO.  With luck it will coincide with the off-year elections and the Socialist-Democrat party will get ripped 12 ways  from Sunday and then crash and burn.

Trey, thank God that you and Allen West have more sense than those nine klutzes presiding over SCOTUS.

This country is in serious trouble democracy as we know it is done.

If the Georgia senate elections go the wrong way it has the potential to be really horrible. If it wasn't for Trump putting some solid people on SCOTUS we could lose the American heritage and way of life.

Jesus..so you couple of Trump loving nut jobs think you are smarter than SCOTUS? He lost...there was no conspiracy, not election fixing, no ballot box stuffing. Every court has thrown out ever single case. The high court of the land threw out this farce or a lawsuit. This court comprised of no less than three justices appointed by Trump himself wouldn't hear this sham of a case. He lost..get over it. It's sad that so many adults in this country cant accept the basic fact that Biden got more votes than Trump. If Trump was cheated they show us the evidence. Evidence is everything right? You guys are former cops, so you should know evidence is king in the court system. But ya know what? Trump doesn't have any. Case closed.

Update..as of this morning two more courts have thrown out Temp lawsuits related to election fraud..one federal and one state supreme court. Conspiracy on a state, federal and national level? No. A president who refuses to accept loss? Yes. His followers that will believe any lie that comes out of his mouth? Absolutely. So sad...

I would be much more interested in your opinion if you had the guts to put your name on it. It's not like you are pushing an unpopular position.

As I recall there is no requirement to put you name to an opinion now is there? You have made this same comment on here before, to which the board moderator clearly stated that it is not required to give a name to your opinion. I believe this is similar to what the constitution proved to all citizens regarding freedom of speech. While I do realize this is a privaltely run blog, if the moderator doesn't want or allow anonymous comments then they are within their right to change the posting rules right? Either way, my name doesn't matter now does it? Unless of course you have some alterior motive with regards to wanting to know my name? Right?

P.S. it's not an opinion I am pushing, but facts, or in the case of trump's lawsuit the lack of facts. It's all about the facts and his legal team just can't quite provide any now can they?

P.S.S. Lastly, if I had been in full agreement with this post as opposed to it and made a comment to that, would you have made the same comment about wanting to know my name? No, you wouldn't. So long as I agree with the post you are ok with anonymous comments, but since I disagree you want to know my name. Now how American and patriotic is that? And FYI I am not a democrat nor a republican. I didn't vote for Hilary and I regrettably did vote for trump the first time. Anyone who blindly votes straight ticket is a fool and I don't hold allegiance to a party.. my allegiance it to the country.
