Apparently
Senile Joe's handlers have managed to convince him that people are not
buying his Putin Price Hike bullshit. Starting next week the feds are
going to again start selling oil leases on a fair bit of federal land.
However they are increasing the royalty for any oil actually extracted
by about 50%, from about 12 % to about 18%.
After all they have to get the money to pay for all those student loans they want to shitcan from somewhere.
