The
US Navy recovered the balloon's spying device and flew it to the
Pentagon. At least two dozen officials at the Pentagon, including Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin and chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mark Milley, are conducting a meticulous examination of the recorded
pictures to determine if they pose a threat to national security.

If people think that Communist China was recording us to a Black Box, you are mistaken. Images are sent world wide by satellite links or straight radio transmission. The US was foolish to allow any information to escape. The balloon should have been shot down before it was ALLOWED to fly over our mainland. I believe Biden really wanted to shoot it down earlier but as I suspected, the military paid him little attention. You can bet President Trump would have shot it down when it was initially spotted.
