Megan Barry, the Democrap mayor of Nashville, TN. has resigned. She had been carrying on an affair with one of her bodyguards and was staying out on business trips for extended periods of time at state expense so she could get her oil changed on the state taxpayer's dime.
Before becoming mayor she was an "ethics and compliance officer" in private business.
She has copped a felony plea regarding the expenses and has agreed to repay the city about $11,000 as part of her plea to official misconduct and theft charges. The body guard, Sgt. Robert Forrest, has been served with divorce papers by his wife.
Both Barry and Forrest got 3 years probation as part of their plea.

All it takes is one piece of tail to get that badge, family and property. But being that the Mayor was his boss he may claim sexual harassment.
I once worked with an officer who lost everything over sex with a coworker. Half his pension, family, home and ended up driving a piece of shit used car while living in a rented camper trailer. Credit was ruined and his kids hated him. His ex-wife then married his supervisor. He was bounced from Detective to night watch patrol.
He said it was the best piece of tail he had ever had. However, the worst sex he ever had was also wonderful.
Fishing off the company pier is dangerous and often flat-out stupid.
