The
uber-liberal district attorney of Los Angeles County, George Gascon,
has resigned from the California District Attorney's Association. His
stated reason is that as a group they are opposed to his policies of
trying very hard to never find anybody guilty of anything. He is
probably right. He is also an asshole.

I don't know if people realize that a butt load of Texas Citizens couldn't get fly back into the state for several days. A bunch of them were stuck at LAX area hotels. A couple of stories I heard guarantee they will not return to LA.
By the way, it appears that Gascon has not BEEN a member for about a year and a half, ever since he actually went to LA. His whole spiel was posturing. Fuck him again.
