WE HAVE A BUDGET

The legislature of the formerly great state of California managed to pass a budget to the governor within the constitutionally mandated time limits.  I would like to be able to claim that this was due to diligence and honest, hard work by the legislature but in fact it is due to the fact that THE LAZY FUCKS DON'T GET PAID IF THEY DON'T PASS THE BUDGET.  

The Democrat controlled legislators like their money and they are a pack of greedy bastards so they will work hard to get it.  They don't give a damn if they do the job the voters and taxpayers sent them up there to do, but they sometimes have to do it, dragging and screaming all the way, or they might have to get honest jobs.  Like selling insurance or dognapping.
