Guess What, It Isn't Him ... It Was Halyna Hutchins Herself

 Halyna Hutchins (L) was shot dead on the set of Rust (C) by Alec Baldwin (R) who claims Hutchins is actually the one responsible 

 

After spending ten months of worrying himself half to death and spending a buttload of money on a P I to investigate the matter Alec Baldwin now knows who is truly responsible for the death on the set of RUST last year.  And it sure as shit wasn't him.

The FBI has determined that the gun could not have fired unless the trigger was pulled.  However, even though he was in fact holding the gun and pointing it at his chief photographer, Halyna Hutchins (allegedly at her specific request) he denies pulling the trigger.  He also denies the gun was even cocked.  He is now asserting that the hammer was down, the trigger was pulled all the way back and the gun fired when the trigger was released.  (Not possible with a SSA type revolver.)  He asserts that the persons responsible are David Halls, who handed him the gun and (allegedly) told him it was cold and armorer Hannah Gutierrez Reed.

Baldwin asserts he has lost five gigs since the "accident."  Also he is being sued by Hutchins husband and son.

It seems likely that a lot of the blame is going to fall on the armorer.  She should have known their was live ammo on the set and taken pains to deal with that issue.  it may not have been her fault, but it is likely going to turn out to be her responsibility.
