On Saturday in southern Turkey a
passenger bus collided with emergency response teams that had been
handling an earlier road accident. A total of 15 people are known dead
and about 24 injured. Among the dead are two firefighters, two medics
and two journalists. Many other fatalities was among the bus
passengers. It appears the bus plowed into an ambulance.
Turkey has, generally speaking, a horrible record of road safety.
