The report of the FBI forensics lab is now completed and
has been submitted to the Arizona authorities in the 10-month old
shooting by Alec Baldwin on the scene of the movie RUST.
The
report has not been leaked yet, but it is said that the report says
positively that the gun would not fire unless the trigger had been
pulled. Does that mean that the locals will take actual legal action
against Baldwin? I would not bet on it. Maybe I have been reading it
wrong and they were just waiting for the hard evidence but it seems to
me the local sheriff and local prosecutor are pretty star-struck.
