Herbert W. Mullins, 75, died of natural causes last Thursday at a prison hospital in Stockton. He confessed to killing 13 people. One of them was a priest he murdered in a confessional. He was doing two terms of LWOP plus a bunch of life terms.
He blamed his crimes on a shitty childhood and told the parole board
that his mother and his sister should actually be held responsible for
his violent criminality.
