Jason Walters of Richmond, VA. is, by any reasonable definition, an asshole. And a stupid asshole at that.
He
just copped to 20 misdemeanors in Richmond General District Court for
unlawful hunting and faces the loss of his hunting license for a minimum
of 25 years. A further 75 year suspension of his hunting license is
contingent on him not being an asshole in the future. And a fine of
$13,000. He will also do 4 months in the local lockup and 7 years
suspended time, assuming he plays nice from now on.
His
road dog, Alan Proffitt, was involved in the same activity. He copped
to 6 charges. Six months in jail with five months suspended plus
revoking of his hunting license for five years.
These
two stupid bastards poached the famous 29 point Hollywood Buck. The
magnificent beast used to hang out a lot in the Hollywood Cemetery where
he should have been safe from hunters. Legal hunters anyway. These
two morons posted a bunch of pictures on line of their "achievement."
The Department of Wildlife Resources Law Enforcement was not amused.
Both these nimrods were prosecuted and nailed to the wall. And
deservedly so.
