MOTHER NATURE IS AT TIMES A NASTY BITCH

Amanda Howery of Jackson County, MO., has no reason to be fond of mother nature, nor of her landlords, Sage Door Property Management LLC,and SCI REI LLC.  She is suing them.  It seems that she was attacked in February of last year, in her sleep, by a raccoon that got into her home thru a damaged ceiling and roof.  

She asserts that no reasonable tenant would have been aware of the potential problem and that any reasonable property management operation would have been or should have been.  

She is suing for medical costs, damages, disfigurement, loss of income and in general being bummed out.  The lawsuit was filed this past week.
