BE CAREFUL WHO YOU HAVE SEX WITH ..... EVEN IF YOU ACTUALLY DIDN'T

Harry Rugg, II 

 

This little bit of drama played out in Addison Township, Somerset County, PA.  The dramatis personae are Harry Rugg II, 19, his mother, not named, and a neighbor, also not named.  It went down five days ago.

It seems the young Mr. Rugg thought the neighbor was nailing his mother.  For some reason or other that greatly offended Rugg.  Rugg significantly vandalized the neighbor's 2004 Corvette, then significantly vandalized the neighbor's head and face.  

When the cops showed up the neighbor was pretty well thumped on and was missing most of one ear.  He almost lost three fingers as well to Rugg's teeth, but fingers are much more bony that ears and harder to bite thru.  

The cops are saying very little.  Rugg has been unable to make the $75,000 bail.  The neighbor is in the hospital.  The county is also not commenting.  Off hand I would say the young man is in deep trouble.  And maybe also deeply troubled.
