Smith is now 19. He was a resident of Marion County, Indiana on
October 21, 2021 when he murdered three young men over three consecutive
days for the purposes of robbing them.
He
contacted them via text messages and invited them to check out a Glock
pistol that he had installed a "Glock Switch" in, turning it into a
machine pistol. Instead he shot them (a lot of times) and robbed them.
The cops found a bunch of expended shell cases at the scene where the
bodies were found and the stupid bastard still had the gun when the cops
hit his house. They managed to find him because he was using his own
phone to up the meetings. It wasn't all smooth as a bunch of evidence
was suppressed by the judge who ruled the cops have stomped on the
Fourth Amendment during their investigation. However the cops
subsequently found photos of Smith on snapchat with the gun and drugs.
He
was rearrested on his 18th birthday. HAPPY BIRTHDAY. His five-day
trial just ended. He was found guilty of possession of a machine gun
and possession of meth among other things. He has yet to be sentenced.
