It seems that some people in Laurinburg, N.C. are really serious about demands for prompt service in The Waffle House.
At
about 12:45 a.m. on Friday morning a customer came and and ordered some
food. The man became increasingly agitated at what he considered to be
an unreasonable time delay in getting his grub. Once he got his chow
he headed for the parking lot, turned, and fired two shots into the
building. One hit and killed Burlie Dawson Locklear, 18.
The
suspect is described as Black, 5-8 to 5-10, 140-180 pounds, with long
dreadlocks and a bear and mustache. He was wearing a dark blue hoodie
and blue jeans.
Cops have issued an arrest warrant for Florwer Carlin Lizano, 38, AKA Chulo, for suspicion of this shooting.
I predict when caught he will blame his anti-social behavior on his parents for giving him a shitty name.
