still some clowns who are pushing for a ballot initiative to create a
new public safety department with a mental health focus and not a police
focus, though the P D would be part of it.

IQ higher than that of Maxine Waters or a dog turd knowns that if you
keep beating your police department down they become less effective and
violent crime and property crime both go up.
