President Biden called on the 'most interesting guy I know' - Peter Doocy of Fox News - in a tense exchange where he took on the deal with the Taliban negotiated by President Donald Trump.
It committed the U.S. to a departure date, and the Taliban vowed not to attack U.S. troops. Biden bowed his head while Doocy questioned him. Do you bear any responsibility for the way things have unfolded the last two weeks?' Doocy asked.
Biden responded: ''You know as well as I do that the former president made a deal with the Taliban he would get all American forces out of Afghanistan by May 1,' while saying he bore responsibility for 'fundamentally all that's happened.'

As a tactic it just might work. There are a LOT of people who absolutely despise Donald Trump and will be happy to blame him for anything that happened that is even remotely connected to him. The fact that Joe has been El Presidente for seven months when the situation turned to shit has nothing to do with anything.
