Obama kissing Bob Bergdahl, Bowe's father: The shameful kiss that dishonored our troops in Afghanistan
On June 27, 2009, US Army Private First Class Robert 'Bowe' Bergdahl sent an email to his parents in which he said he was bothered by the treatment of Afghans by American soldiers and "I am ashamed to be an american. And the title of US soldier is just the lie of fools. ... The US army is the biggest joke the world has to laugh at. It is the army of liars, backstabbers, fools, and bullies."
Bob Bergdahl, his father, responded with an email in which he said, "Ethics demands obedience to our conscience." And obey his conscience, Bowe did.
On the night of June 30, 2009, Bergdahl deserted hus front-line observation post in the eastern Afghan province of Paktika. Shortly thereaftter he was captured by the Taliban.

While in captivity, Bergdahl appeared in several Taliban propaganda videos. He was also promoted to sergeant.
On May 31, 2014, Bergdahl was released in a prisoner swap with five dangerous Taliban leaders being held at Guantanamo.

On May 31, 2014, to celebrate the deserter's release, President Obama hosted his parents, Bob Bergdahl and Jami Bergdahl, at the White House where he hugged Jami and planted that shameful kiss on the cheek of the deserter's father.

As if the release of the five terrorists wasn't bad enough, Obama had to kiss the deserter's father
Speaking in the Rose Garden, President Obama said: "Sergeant Bergdahl has missed birthdays and holidays, and the simple moments with family and friends which all of us take for granted."
It has been reported that several US soldiers were killed while searching for Bergdahl. 2,500 American service members were killed during the Afghan war. They will never again celebrate birthdays and holidays, and the simple moments with family and friends.
President Obama's White House celebration dishonored every US soldier that ever served in Afghanistan.

On November 3, 2017, after his court martial, Bergdahl was sentenced him to be dishonorably discharged, reduced in rank, and fined $1,000 per month from his pay for ten months, with no prison time.
President Trump responded to the sentence by tweeting "The decision on Sergeant Bergdahl is a complete and total disgrace to our Country and to our Military."
NOTE: I fact checked several sites to make sure the picture of Obama kissing Bergdahl is authentic and none of those sites indicated the picture was fake.
