Gascon going? Boudin gone!
The supporters of the SHITCAN GEORGE GASCON recall drive
submitted about 717,000 signatures in an effort to recall the
psycho-liberal turd of a District Attorney. The deadline for the
submission was this past Wednesday. The numbers are enough, allowing
for about a 10% bad signature rate, to get the question on the ballot.
The
murder of two police officers by a violent ex-con who should, by any
reasonable reckoning, NOT have been out on the street at the time
without a doubt put a good push to the issue, though at way too high a
cost.
There are a few
other George Soros supported uber-liberal hug-a-thuggers in D A posts
throughout the country who are also being looked at for recall in places
where such things are legal. After the last debacle in NYC, where the D
A jailed and charged a bodega clerk with second degree murder for
defending himself against a violent attack by a much younger man with a
violent history may finally compel the N Y Governor to throw him out.
NYC does not allow for the recall of the district attorney, though under
New York law the Governor can throw him out on his ass for not doing
his job.
Jose Alba, a New York City bodega clerk, fights back after a man attacked him behind the cash register
The
bodega worker's bail was reduced from an original $500,000 and he is
now out on bond. It should be noted that apparently if you are a career
criminal you are routinely released ROR when arrested for violence, but
if you are a respectable citizen with video footage to back up your
claim you are thrown in jail for defending yourself.

No grand jury will indict him.
