ROCHESTER COP MOVED FROM DESK DUTY TO SUSPENSION

The still not publicly identified Rochester N Y police officer who handcuffed an EMT for the crime of bumping his city vehicle with an ambulance door while unloading a patient (his car had no business in the ambulance bay) has been moved from desk duty to suspension with pay by the Rochester NY P.D.

His union rep said they were surprised by the move as the officer and the EMT have talked it out and reached a mutual understanding on the matter.  The EMT denies any such thing has occurred.  Which is probably why the cop is still in the crapper.

Dude needs a serious Come To Jesus moment.  A normal, together person does not do that sort of thing.

He should have been moved from desk duty to jail.
