TALK ABOUT CLUELESS COP ASSHOLES

An investigator for the Rochester NY P D stepped in a huge steaming pile of shit and then stomped all over the rug with it on Monday.

The investigator was parked (inappropriately) in the ambulance bay at Strong Memorial Hospital when a female EMT was unloading a patient for medical service.  The ambulance door bumped the investigator's car.  

The investigator went 5150, bounced the EMT off the hospital wall, cuffed her and dragged her out of the hospital.  

The EMT was released from custody almost immediately when she got to the police station.  She was not charged or cited.

The investigator, who has not yet been identified, is driving a desk until the internal investigation is completed.  David Smith, Chief of Police, is more than a little unhappy.
