TEXAS WOMAN ATTACKED BY COYOTE NEAR BOSTON

By Bob Walsh

A woman from Texas who was near Boston visiting friends was bitten by a coyote in the parking lot of a restaurant.

The woman was walking out of Bertucci's in Swampscott, a city about 15 miles north of Boston, about 10 p.m. when the coyote approached.  She and a friend tried to shoo the coyote off but the animal bit her.

Can she outrun the coyote without spilling her drink?

There has been one additional report in the area of a coyote biting a person.

Not all urban threats walk on two legs.

How ironic. Travel from Texas which is loaded with coyotes to Boston and get bitten by a coyote.
