Bricen Rivers, 23, just got out of jail in Nashville,
TN. His ex's father pleaded with the judge to keep the guy in jail,
citing fears for his daughter's safety. The judge, Cheryl Blackburn,
who is thought of as a complete moron by much of the legal community in
Nashville, let him out anyway, reducing his bond from $250,000 to
$150,000.

He was under charges for kidnapping, aggravated stalking and
witness coercion from December 2023. The daughter, Lauren Johansen, was
the victim in that case. Rivers was supposed to stay in Davidson
County, TN. and wear an ankle monitor. He never checked in to have the
monitor put on.
Her
mutilated body was found in her car in a cemetery in Mississippi a few
days after Rivers was released. She had been beaten to death.
Rivers is being held against a $1 million bond for murder.
