Judge Canon just threw out the entire classified
documents case against Trump. He cause of action was the notion that
Smith was never legally appointed. It was a fine but firm item in the
constitution. There is a way that federal prosecutors have to be set up
and appointed. It is in the constitution. It isn't optional. The
Trump haters just invented this particular job and gave it to Smith to
go after Trump with no legal authority at all. Even talking head
Democrats who don't have their heads up their butts agreed that his
appointment was at best shaky and very likely illegal.
Trump is riding the wave.
