Kimberly Ann Mollicone lived in Ray Township in Michigan back in July of 2022.  Her husband, Matthew Louis Mollicone, 48, thought she had something going on the side.

Matthew and Kimberly confronted Daniele Giannone outside of his home .  Matthew thought Kimberly was playing hide the salami with Daniele and objected to it.  Both men pulled guns and started throwing lead.  In the end Daniele was leg shot but Kimberly somehow got in the middle and was killed.  A total of 30 shots were fired from three different weapons.

Matthew was found guilty back in May.  He just sentenced for involuntary manslaughter, assault with intent to murder and various firearms charges.  Matthew's lawyer tried to put some of the blame off onto Daniele.  It was not a completely successful strategy.  Matthew got 12 years.
