Laurie Adams, 38, of Winter Springs, Florida, has a child with Adel Tawfeek, 51. The child is autistic. It seems that, back on June 5, the child crapped his pants. It happens. The father went bat-shit crazy over the incident and started using Laurie as a handball after she cleaned up the child and put him to bed.
Ms. Adams retreated for about 15 minutes in order to get her head straight. She then re-entered the house, retrieved Tawfeek's handgun from the home and shot Tawfeek in the head. He died.
Ms. Adams made a full statement to the police. She is being held in the Seminole County slammer without bail.
