Tuesday the Center for Disease Control and Prevention issued a new
moratorium order to prevent evictions of people who are not paying their
rent, allegedly due to Covid issues. Interestingly enough the CDC has
absolutely no legal authority whatsoever to issue any such decree.
Strangely much of the psycho liberal wing of the democrat-socialist
party has no problem whatsoever of a government agency taking actions
which it has no legal authority whatsoever to take, because the action
lines up with what the democrat-socialist party likes.

I don't have a clue how the moratorium works. Does it only apply to rentals that accepts government assistance payments?
